Join Us For a Special Event at Pawsitive Cat Cafe
Dungeons & Kitties is a unique opportunity to finally blend together your two greatest joys: TTRPG gaming and cats. Lots and lots of cats. Pawsitive Cat Cafe is opening its feline-filled cafe to host four-hour one-shots run by three of our most creative and captivating Game Masters. While you traverse through your cat-themed quest with your fellow adventurers, you’re invited to cuddle, pet, play, and purely admire the adoptable kitties roaming the lounge (only with their consent, of course).
Yes, the kitties you encounter here are adoptable so, should you form a special bond with one during the event and wish to be its forever home, please speak to a Pawsitive Cat Cafe employee.
Also, be sure to bring your coin purse, as there will be a D20 Grow Co. LLC. kiosk at the venue offering D&D-related merchandise for purchase.
Warning: You will have direct contact with cats during this event. If you have feline-related allergies or are wary around these critters, this event probably isn’t for you. Be sure to follow the venue’s rules when in the cat lounge ( located here), in addition to D20 Grow Co. LLC’s rules for events. These are posted below .

One-Shot Description
Rooftop Rebellion: Word on the streets is that the Ally Cats are recruiting outside mercenaries and sellswords for their next mission. The Ally Cats fight for the equal rights of their brethren and for the worldwide reform in how critterfolk are treated. They will be considered ‘Beastkin’ no longer.
Join Yuki and her scrappy band of do-gooders in their fight to dismantle the system at any cost. Revolution? Rebellion? War? Yuki might not know what’s on the horizon, but she does know this. The first step is ousting the corrupt ambassador of Tortuaguana for his lies and revealing his betrayal to the masses. For that, she needs fighters, healers, and strategists alike, and heroes are in short supply these days. Ones willing to risk their lives for a cause they believe in are virtually nonexistent. So what say you, adventurers? Can she call upon you for this fray? However it may end?

One-Shot Description
Scales and Whiskers: In your years of service to the Solspel Swordsmen Guild, you’ve seen your fair share of odd jobs. . . but few that you’ve seen could top this. Peri Meriweather, the Mayor of the farming village, East Midland, is requesting help getting control over her housecat. . . which has been polymorphed into a dragon.
The thought of it strikes you as almost comical, until you notice the small golden harp symbol scribed at the bottom of the page. The pay seems awfully high for such a tame-seeming job too. Something odd just might be afoot here. To find out for yourself, all you have to do is sign your name on the line.

One-Shot Description
Best in the Show-verse– The Great Planar Cat Caper: Once a year, the greatest felines from across reality gather for the Interdimensional Grand Feline Expo: a dazzling display of cosmic beauty, forbidden magic, and impossible fluff. This year, you’re not here to admire it. A masked benefactor with no name, no history, and no explanation has offered an obscene amount of gold for one job: steal last year’s undefeated champion, Sir Whiskerion the Ninth – a teleporting, astral sphynx-dragon with an irresistible charm.
Surrounded by elite planar security, rival collectors, and obsessive fans, you’ll need flawless timing, a little improvisation, and nerves of steel to succeed. One wrong move could collapse portals, start an interplanar incident, or use up all nine lives. Can you pull off the purrfect cat-nap?

Frequently Asked Questions
Can beginners with no D&D/TTRPG experience play?
Absolutely! We strive to make our sessions as inclusive as possible regarding player level.
In every session, at least one of our Game Masters has created a one-shot dedicated to beginners. This means that the character sheets and one-shot premise are designed to be comprehensible but not overwhelming, and players have ample time to ask their Game Master questions along the way.
Our Game Masters are passionate about bringing people into the world of tabletop gaming and are more than willing to guide you through the process so you might join more advanced games in the future.
How long are the events?
Our events last six hours unless specified otherwise. This includes one-shot playing time and several designated breaks. Participants are free to hang out and explore the venue before and after the event.
How many seats are available per table?
A maximum of six seats are available per table. This helps ensure the one-shot is balanced regarding how much time each player is given to participate.
How do I sign in at the event?
When you arrive at the event venue, find the D20 Grow Co. LLC merchandise kiosk. There, a D20 Grow Co. LLC member will ask for your name and direct you to your Game Master's table.
Can I bring my own custom character sheet from home?
Players may bring their own custom character sheet but it must receive the Game Master’s approval before use in the event. Character sheets can be submitted for approval at the event before the one-shot has started or they can be submitted in advance using our private Discord chat. The link will be provided via email upon purchase of a D20 Grow Co. LLC event ticket.
Character sheets can be rejected for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to:
- Character level/ overpowered abilities
- Overly advantageous inventory items
- Use of a race, class, background, or motivation that is incompatible with the one-shot premise or edition
- Presence of inappropriate content
These custom character sheet rules ensure the one-shots are conducted as fairly and respectfully as possible while being conscious of time.
As stated in our “Campaign and Venue Rules”, the Game Master has the final say in all disputes. If your custom character sheet is rejected, please do not waste the one-shot's limited time arguing with the Game Master's decision. Be courteous of everyone's experience and choose a pre-made character sheet.
Do I need to bring my own dice and figurines?
No. While we encourage participants to bring their own tabletop dice, figurines, dice trays or towers, and other accessories, they are not required. We will provide all the basic items necessary for the one-shot.
Will there be food at the event?
Most of our events are hosted at venues that offer food and drinks to some degree that participants can purchase before, after, or during the one-shot session. However, this is not always guaranteed. If food and drinks are available during the event, we will specify as such in our event posting.
Will there be D20 Grow Co. LLC merchandise to purchase at the event?
Yes! We always have a kiosk with a collection of our best D20 Grow Co. LLC merchandise available for purchase at our events. Some fan-favorite items include our customized sticker packs, the Bath Bomb of Elven Ease, and the D20 Grow Co. LLC dice tray. Remember that you can also purchase Hidden Loot and unique D20 Grow Co. LLC items from our online shop!
