A Troublesome Day in the Neighborhood: All too often mercenaries must come to terms with working for less respectable employers. After years of service to the Solspel Swordsmen Guild, you have had many such encounters. This contract, though, might be a refreshing change of pace!
The renowned and respected Knight of the Realm Sir Fredrick Rogers has requested immediate assistance from the guild. Whispers of a Goblinoid raid threatening his home neighborhood have left the Guards force scattered in fear, and internal strife between the peoples militia forces have left the townsfolk vulnerable. Sir Rogers needs a group of kind hearts who are ready to settle these issues with words if possible, but he acknowledges that it may come to less savory conclusions. Along with the generous pay, a job well done could earn you favor with the Order of The Realm, and personal connections with this time-honored hero.
